When trying to use generative fill in photosho pthis comes up

It used to work

if you have a filter it might still be it… i have techloq and usually when my computer makes trouble thats the problem even if it worked in the past…

I’ve also got techloq.
Should I contact them, telling them that my photoshop is not working properly?

I’m having the same problem, it doesn’t work for me in illustrator either… says something like “we are experiencing a high volume… try again later…”
Could you let me know if the problem ends up being the filter?

Is your Internet a good connection?
Could be even if it’s connected but the connection is not great, this can prevent it working …

I had the same issue, spoke to Techloq and they adjusted my setting and it is working now.

yea def people with techloq the filter causes trouble

i spoke to them, they turned the filter off and it still wasn’t working

interesting, I would check with adobe and if they cant find an issue i would def contact techloq again

Is your computer working well otherwise?
It’s not working by me but my computer is giving me issues… thinking it maybe has a virus…

hey i know you said you called techloq already but i lit had this today so just wanted to share - I am working on the program sketchup and had to install a rendering program for it called Vray and it wouldnt let me open it i first thought i installed it wrong so uninstalled and reinstalled and changed account etc but still wasnt working i finally was like hey might be techloq i called them and they tried opening up the apps but it still wldnt work but i wasnt convinced that its not them so i told them to get a tech support guy to call me. Finally after hours of trying to figure it out myself i could see that the problem was that the internet connection was being blocked by the techloq proxy and i patiently waited for them to call me. Finally they just called me and within 5 minutes everything is nicely working…

They had also called me and coulnd’t seem to fix the issue.
Same with adobe, they also werent able i figure out what the problem is.
So now i’m stuck…

Can you try to login to your Adobe account from a different computer and see if there is any difference?
