General: Revit lighting families

Does know where I can find good, usable Revit family lighting?
I’m looking for a pendant like this,

and all the ones that I downloaded from BIM object did not look like the way they were in the picture…

Also any reason why their upside-down … and how can I fix that?

When you load it in check if there is a placement panel which you can select which face to place it on.
You can also check the origin setting through the family editor.
Go the the elevation view and select the reference plane where the light is being placed on and deselect defines origin.
