Hi I am designing this flyer for a nursing home open house… this is the general style that they had in mind but I think it needs to be a drop classier… any advice is welcome! Thanks!

I’m thinking the text on the right (In the grey) would look better left-aligned - What do you think?

I would definitely put more focus on the date and time. Make it big and bold, maybe a diff color, maybe try having both on the same line with a line (|) in between. Also having it centered aligned is what’s making it look hanging, I would left align it. And I agree abt left aligning the other text too. The top script text would look better left aligned too
Looks nice. I agree that date etc needs to be more prominent, and also that the center alignment in the gray sidebar isn’t working so we’ll. Would also consider making that text a little bolder and maybe in the purple, to look less like the body text. One more small bird in the white area might help tie the two halves together.
