A client just complained to me that when she tries to send emails from the email address at the domain name ppl are telling her that the emails are going to spam.
Any idea why this would be happening and how to fix it?
Sometimes it’s because the domain isn’t fully “verified”. This can be done by adding SPF, DKIM and DMARC records to the DNS. You can also verify the domain with https://postmaster.google.com/.
