Hi,
I need to start on the design for a newsletter for an organisation.
Can anyone recommend the best marketing platform to use?
In the past I’ve used Mailchimp, but wondering if there are better options out there.
Some that I’ve heard about are ConvertKit, MailerLite, ConstantContact, Campaigner
Would love to hear from anyone who has experience with these (especially if you’ve tried more than one!) or any other platforms

Depends what you want to do!

  • Flodesk is supposed to be the best if the design is super important to you.
  • ActiveCampaign is very popular and has good automated email chains/whatever you call them.
  • Constant Contact is one of the older ones, not my favorite but it’s fine
  • Sendinblue is very inexpensive, can’t do RSS emails
  • Just set someone up with Zoho Campaigns as a very very inexpensive option, nice email builder, remains to be seen how it is.
  • I’ve always been happy with Mailchimp’s RSS options for setting up automated emails. Some places have the same but not all.

Flodesk sounds interesting. How does it compare to Mailchimp?

I have experience with Zoho desk its prob not as good on the design side as flodesk but if you end up using other zoho products its great as it esily connects with them such as zoho crm.

I have no personal experience with Flodesk, I just get emails from them :slight_smile:

In the end I used mailerlite, it’s very pleasant to use!
