A client of mine wants a very simple website that is basically her ad with a contact form. Anyone know of a free, simple website maker that I can use?

It looks like I need to choose a plan in order to create a website. I dont see a free option, does that make sense? (I’m totally new at this- I appreciate your help!)
There is Elementor and Elementor Pro, yes it will keep on asking if you want to upgrade but for basic Elementor alone is fine. It is limiting, you can not use all widgets.
