Hi , how do i get the dimensions options tab where i can change the size? I only have annotation .
Also whenever i choose stretch i always get a tiny square and it tells me to select object,

Under the text tab in the dimensions manager (select the little arrow on the bottom right of the dimensions panel)
Please attached screen shot of your screen when in the stretch command. Is your dynamic input off?
You need to go into the annotate tab of the ribbon.
Your dynamic input is not showing on the status bar. On the bottom right of your screen select the customization icon (3 lines) and make sure there is a check next to dynamic input. Then it will show up in your status bar. Turn it off - it will show up to the left of ortho mode
