Data merge in indesign

Hi,
I’m trying to do a multiple record data merge in indesign but having trouble…

I’m trying to get the info to get into all the boxes but when I merge the data source, it opens a new file and creates the info one on a page - anyone know how to help?

Hi,
You have to make multiple columns (4 in your example) in your excel sheet. Each can be labeled Name 1, Name 2, Name 3, Name 4 ect. Put each columns fields into each box and then merge.
