Its probably an element that came with this royal looking banner. I think there’s a website called אלמנטריק that has these types of things, but its not free.

If you go for the style of the free crown, there are some similar ones on shutterstock. I just took a quick look for you. You just have to be careful that there isnt a cross on it, or take it out. Here are some examples:
