I sometimes turn down projects because i have not made myself a contract (and i feel like i would need it in order to work with that specific client). I really should get down to creating one!
Anyone have a any tips/ things i should make sure to include/ perhaps share a sample contract?
Also, when working on a smaler project would you just send the contract as an email that they should consent to? I’ve heard from someone that that is legally binding. I dont want to scare off a small client (make it look too official) and its probably not worth the hassle of them printing, signing, scanning back in.
Would love to hear your advice and input please.
