Hi, I made a video for someone (1920x1080) about a minute long, and 40 MB. He wants me to compress it to a whatsapp size, when i did it, it came out extremely choppy and unclear. is there a way to make it not so choppy? Thanks!

I’ve used that. but im a little confused on how to use it. is there some sort of tutorial that i can read/watch?
