Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I keep getting this error when I try to play some video’s I download:
Its in mp4 format so I’m not sure what the problem is. Considering I have a new laptop, and a good one for video editing, this is strange.
Does anyone know how I can figure out which codec I’m missing, or otherwise solve this problem?
Maybe try converting it to a different format and see if it works?
I’m happy to try opening the file if you send it to me
I’m not sure what the problem is with the format, its officially in mp4 when I open the properties.
But I got it to work by opening it in VLC but it still won’t work in Premiere.
I’m going to download it on a different computer, I think it’s the laptop that it was downloaded on
