I did a layout for a book a few weeks ago. The client just asked if I can turn it into an ebook. The only work involved is adding a page at the beginning and at the end to place an image of the book cover into, center the margins, and realign everything to the new margins. It’ll probably take me less than an hour. The client wants to know if she owes extra for the ebook. Is this something that you would normally charge for?
