Hi! When I drag my video in the timeline in premiere, only the video shows up, not the audio. I tried a few ways. Anyone knows how to fix this?

by others this shows up. Why doesn’t the audio show up? By preview i can hear it but once i drag it into timeline, it doesn’t work. Need this fixed asap
