Scandinavian design focuses on simplicity, minimalism, and functionality. Think IKEA. It features clean lines, neutral colors, and lots of natural light. It uses light wood when appropriate.
You can choose to use the word specifically or you can work with the meaning of the word to create that style.

I like the airiness and clean space, though the back counter does look like AI cluttered it a bit !
