i actually think it looks perfect!! my eyes instantly flowed through the info complimented by the cheerful design!
only thing hard for me to read was white letters of logo at the top.
i’d also maybe add an exclamation mark after ‘registration now open’ or change the text color or something to make it stand out more as the call to action. i’d also move all the text on the left up just a bit so that the applications email is not so close to the circles design.
