Hi, can you please share if and how you accept credit card payments/ what company/software you use?

Wave and stripe are both free and easy to set up. You can also send receipts with both of them. I personally liked stripe better because it looked a little more professional to me.

Do I need to have an LLC (or other business setup) for any of these?

You don’t but I would recommend speaking with your accountant about whether to create an LLC or not
