You can try this:
Type the text, copy it and expand it.
Make the copied text black and copy it again. place the two black text diagnolly on top of each other (the size you want the depth of the 3D to be). Use the blend tool to combine the two black text, and then place the original text on top of the top black text…

Or give a drop shadow with no transparency and the right offset
Freepik and other sites have great text-editable mockups. Most are raster, some are vector. I find that easier than trying to recreate on my own
