The first advert is attached and was used already. Client was very happy. He now wants a second ad which matches the first with a different idea. I am not sure what, but something is bothering me about the second ad. Any ideas on how to fix it. (still missing some text so space for that)
Looks great, I’d maybe just ad a slider so it looks more like a before/after…
I love the concept! I think you’d want some more visual continuity between the ads.
I wouldn’t add new fonts, stick with what you used. And maybe keep the same footer.
Also, see how on the first ad you had a blue background - the tree was isolated, not a full photo.
Imagine doing that with a patch of grass. Instead of using a full image like what you have now, apply the wilted / satuarated effect onto something like one of [these] on the same blue background you used previously (Isolated Grass Patch Photos and Images & Pictures | Shutterstock)
I think that would help the ads look more like a series, if that’s what you’re aiming for!
If you do keep the ad as is now, maybe try using wilted grass for the right hand side. Right now the two sides seem quite similar, apart from the saturation. Just a thought.

try splitting the grass the vertically instead of horizontally. to me it looks like the roots of the grass or something, not as clear that its two sides

Agree with the above poster who said to split the grass the other way so it doesn’t look like roots.
Personally I wouldn’t use the script, but in a way it’s a cute! What bothers me is that it almost reads MAKE GREENER SIDE. So maybe just keep it all the same?
Also I think the very small fine print should be title case or sentence case. It’s a bit hard to read as is (just the parts like sell…miles and we buy… users)

Really love this one! The new image completely transforms the look of the ad.
I’d consider reducing the leading of the heading text .
For the very small text on the blue section, would it be possible to use the same font as used for the email? Right now, having all the text in the same condensed font feels a bit much…
Does this look better. The two blue lines going into the picture is disturbing me, any ideas how I can change it to something more sleek (think it needs some blue to bring in the bottom part of the advert. Thank you so so much
It’s interesting but in the one you just posted the full photo still goes with your first ad - true, it’s not isolated but it still has that 3d feel that’s carrying the look over! Really nice!!
Maybe remove the blue lines and instead put in a little blue badge with an icon (maybe pull the tree from the logo) like a small detail, overlapping near the headline? Not sure if I’m being clear 
lol.
Also the footprint / grass situation could use a little touching up still. But overall love the look!!!
The client was happy as it is so I will just leave it, but is their something wrong with the footprint grass? (i did paint it in myself, does it look really bad???)
