Too hard to read?

Think that the info is too hard to read because it’s not straight? Thanks!

If I make it straight then it gets chopped up a bit funny because what needs to be grouped together doesn’t because of the angular lines

It’s ok for the large title to be angled, though would tighten the leading between the two lines and perhaps make it a bit bigger if possible. But for the contact info would think it would work better straight. Although you don’t have tons of info and technically it is readable, it isnt’ such a great reading experience. The logo on the top right looks a bit funny, too…out of place in terms of style and the positioning looks awkward, would probably look better ultimately grouped with the contact info, unless you can change it and make it match more the style of the illustration and then group it somehow with the illustration.

learning prices… try that in white, possibly adjust background to darker. I would put the main info in the left corner on a straight line and not slanted. cute design.

Thanks! Something is still bothering me though about the contact info…

I think the leading might be bothering you. Check if theyre even.
Another thing that might help would be to write out the word “november” so it looks balanced.

Otherwise good job!

Looks like you have two groups of contact info, one in yellow and one green. Then the spacing should also indicate that they are two groups, tighter and equal leading between the yellow lines and the same between the green lines, then some space between the two groups. You could bold the time if you want it to stand out within the group. Write out the word Street, maybe add city and state to give it a little more weight. Write out November and the year, possibly add the day, such as Sunday, Nov…in order ro balance better. The logo still looks out of place to me, maybe you could try it on the yellow square, reversed in white? Or above the title? or under the table? Not so sure, since the style also doesnt’ quite match…
Overall better, I think the straight text works better than angled.

add some margin to learning… light refreshments.

In general, what can be done if a logo is out of place and doesn’t match the style? Is it accepted to change the logo? These particular clients would not be happy with me changing the logo though. But I feel that it gets boring to always do the same style of advertisment always revolving around the logo and its style…

Just looking at it again now. Try to put the logo next to the father on the left, it might work better there with colors, but could be out of the place. Not sure. Worth while giving it try.

Like @Alyse-Bayles said, maybe you can do the on a color background, reversed to white?
I see logos used in that way a lot.

I think you can try placing it on the orange spot at the bottom right corner (giving it a drop of margin space) If it’s by itself it may not look so bad. Right now, it is right next to the artwork and it has more of a sophisticated look rather than the style portrayed. You can also try (as mentioned above) to make the logo white - probably will look the best…
btw, I love the illustration! Did you draw it?

Thanks! I found it on Adobe Stock…

General rule of thumb is not to touch the logo, and design of project should be companies branding. If company has no set branding and you want the logo to match the design, you can usually turn your logo all one color(thats a company color) black,or white.
Hope this helps.
Good luck

Thanks everyone! This is an updated look, still could use critique. They wanted confetti, but am thinking maybe balloons instead because I feel like confetti is a bit weird if the people in the illustration are not smiling…any thoughts?

And I’m aware the gradient could use work

Wow! So much work. The confetti is cute, just keep on the NEW and not onto father. I personally dont like the font of the Avot u’banim, but that is personal.

I like all the changes that you made!
Looking good!
Something tiny - maybe the time could be in white/ a different color than the text near it, because it’s in its own group…

I like it much better!
Nice job

style is really cute- love the colors and all the excitement- I didnt read through all the comments- so maybe this was mentioned already- but did anyone else find the text going downwards- “AVOT UBANIM” to seem off? I find that when on a slant- especially a title- should be going upwards… or straight across the top in 2 lines more to the left - and you could always add a thick stroke to make clear… and I wouldn’t slant the NEW either- it almost looks a drop too part of the image instead of popping out…
