How clear is the image? Can you isolate the pattern area and then use content aware to add to it?

It’s an app from adobe that allows you to capture- take a picture- and save that as a pattern/brush/color library etc. and use in the adobe programs

Is it only on phones or also for computers/laptops?
I’m pretty sure you download the app on your phone and then it connects it to your computer apps. (I don’t actually have it as I have a kosher phone but I think the whole purpose of it is to “capture” for your library)

you can find similar on freepik and the like if you search for pink tropical leaves or just tropical leaves and then you can change colors as they give you vector files e.g.
