I have chosen colours for my logo in cmyk.
Is there a way to find a equivalent in pantone?

Hi don’t know if this is still helpful…
When you open the swatches panel in illustrator and go to the pantone file; if you are clicked on the item with your cmyk colour then it normally highlights the closest pantone colour in the swatches panel!
