I created this logo for an organisation and would love to hear your thoughts.
They also want me to put the word “spark” somewhere but personally i think it’s too much for a logo and don’t really know where to put it. Any ideas?

Nice and clever! I like how the E’s make the Sefer.
I personally don’t like the spark at the bottom of the Z - maybe if you make the line of it thicker to match the font better, it would look better.
I was thinking you can write “A spark of Education . Recreation . Remediation” make the text much smaller so it fits nicely. Also think you should make the bullets a tiny bit smaller.

really nice! i like it. i would connect add the sparkle a bit more to the Z.
very nice. you could try the middle Z rather than the end one so that its more part of the logo and then you don’t lose the end of the base of the Z . Agree with breindys suggestions to make line thicker and it needs to connect a bit better or it looks like the number 7
you could also have the O like a partial O ending with the star so the star is better seen
