How to write notes

I’m working now on a plan where she want’s me to make a lot of notes (level floor, raise ceiling, change window sill, etc.) how should i write it? putting multileaders and notes all over will make the plan very messy…

I give multileaders with just a number and then reference it to a list on the side.
