I am looking for a shopping bag template but I am not sure if there would be a better place to look.

Most of the stock websites have templates also…
If you’re on CC you have psdcovers as well

go to the windows menu in photoshop and its under extensions
If you dont have it there then you can install it through the load button
What do you mean by a shopping bag template?
Like a mockup?
Or a template that has exact shape and size so that you can prepare a design for print on it?
