If I am designing a banner for a client that she wants to be about 2.5 feet tall and about 22 feet long, do I actually create the file as that size or do I create it as a smaller size and she prints it that big? (She will be taking care of sending it to print, not me)
I created a banner that was supposed to be 8m (approx 26 feet) x 1m (approx 3 feet) and I just made the file 50% of actual size… The printer printed actual size for me. So I made file size 4m x 50cm
i would say to do yourself all a favor and get her to give you the print shop’s details already and you can start off doing it acc to their specs so there’s no need to redo later!!
