For the same client: is it possible to create a child on AI picking a dollar bill off this tree. If yes how would you do it (I only have Firefly)

If you want the exact tree (and no need to use the exact one, I doubt anyone remembers from ad to ad but…) you can do it in any up to date version of Photoshop.
Open the pic of your tree (dont oversave it!) and draw a very rough sketch of a boy in the position you want. It can be a terrible drawing, but just enough to give the Ai an idea of the position you want.
Then select the area where the boy is, and click on the Generative Fill button. In the prompt box fill in your prompt. Between your prompt and your sketch, it should understand what you need. If done properly, you should get a decent result.
