Ad campaign for portfolio

I created this advertisement campaign for portfolio purpose only. any critic on design and wording… thank you so much

Hey cool idea! I would say the u in the title shouldn’t be a dif font as it makes it less legible and the word needs should be a bit thicker maybe… but love the images! Also the info at the bottom could be made more interesting maybe somehow…

about the u- was trying to make it look like its missing, ie needs the U as it is missing… does it look wrong? Any ideas on how i can make the text more interesting?

Hmm I get the idea but I don’t think it’s clear enough… to make the text more interesting i would go check out other ppls work to get ideas of how to put text at the bottom. I usually go on instagram and look at the top designers accounts…

I did realise the purpose of the U… Think it’s a great ad series, though agree text at the bottom could be more intereting. Awesome job!

thank you will work on it beh.

does this look any better?

It looks very good! maybe just color the U by the word “Umarpeh” green so there is repetition of color and a visual pathway from that green U to the bottom U (by needs U) and then to the green box of info. I also think the bottom boxes don’t need to take up so much room - they can be made smaller and the text in the green box should have more leading…

Not sure if the green in the u is noticeable, is that what you meant? made boxes smaller if i increase leading i will have to make the box larger… should i do that?

Looking great! maybe try extending the green box till the bottom of the page

I meant to fill it in completely like the U on the bottom but this is okay also.
I also meant to tighten the leading a little… I know I by mistake wrote it should have more leading…

oh that makes sense… i thought it did not need more leading… will fix. Malky, is this what you meant by making the text at the bottom more interesting?

It’s def better! Maybe also make the ‘needs you’ a bit bigger and the ‘seeking volunteers…’ smaller and maybe on the left side in two lines?
